A few month ago I told you about the new platform launched by Aeroport de Paris to engage their customers into the processus of imagining the perfect airport to help them improve their services.
The platform used to have a noticeable weakness : it was available only in french while Paris Airports (and above all Roissy CDG) are used by milions of foreign passengers every year. And they have lots of things to say about Parisian Airports…and most of all CDG !
Good news : the english version of the platform has been recently released so foreign passengers are now able to share their feedbacks and ideas…
