I already mentioned the growing interest of many airlines towards intermediary classes between economy and business. Today at 5.00 PM CET (ie in two hours for my foreign readers), Air France will tchat with their fans on Facebook to answer all their questions about the “Premium Voyageur” Class.
Fans from all over the world submitted their questions and feedbacks in the last days, what helps the airline to record a video-interview that will be broadcasted this afternoon. In the meanwhile, fans will be able to live-tchat with the Premium Economy product manager.
